Flow Recovery is available exclusively on iPhone and can be downloaded via the Apple App Store.
Yes. Flow Recovery is completely free to download and use. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or hidden costs.
Account & Setup
No. As maximalist privacy advocates, we've designed Flow Recovery to work without requiring an account. We may ask for your email address to keep you updated on new features, but this step is entirely optional. You can skip it during setup, or request removal of your email at any time by contacting support@flowrecovery.com.
No account, no password. There is nothing to remember or reset.
Currently, no. As part of our maximalist privacy approach, your data is stored exclusively on your device and is never sent to or stored on external servers. This means we have no way to sync or transfer data between devices. However, Apple Health data stored on your device and made accessible to the Flow App will show historic data.
Troubleshooting
Try the following steps:
- Close and reopen the app
- Restart your iPhone
- Ensure you are running the latest version of the app via the App Store
- Ensure your iPhone is running a supported version of iOS

Privacy & Data
Almost nothing. Flow Recovery was built with a maximalist privacy philosophy. Your data stays on your device and is never stored on our servers. We do not track, sell, or share your personal information.
If you choose to provide your email address for feature updates, that is the only personal data we hold.

Delete the app from your device. All data is stored locally on your iPhone and never on our servers. Removing the app removes all of your data.
If you previously provided your email address and would like it removed, contact us at support@flowrecovery.com.
